You’ll receive a confirmation email a day before our appointment. Please read the entire email, as it contains important information regarding Covid-19 precautions and procedures.

Please arrive on time. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, please text your service provider to let them know.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to amend or reschedule your service.

24 hours notice is required for cancellations.

Payment is required at time of service. We strongly recommend contactless payment methods. If you must use cash or check, it MUST be put  in an envelope (not sealed). Unfortunately, we WILL NOT have change for you.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price before they can be rebooked.

No shows will be charged 100% off the service price before they can be rebooked.

Cell phones, electronic devices, and laptops cannot be used during your service.

No food or drinks are allowed inside the salon at this point in time.
